So for our customers who value truly Good Deals when shopping online and don’t mind to wait couple weeks off, so we offer complimentary Free Delivery on any purchases no matter how big or small the size of the Shopping Cart is or how far the destination address is. We treat equally all our dear customers equally.

With this in mind, we also appreciate our clients’ time and for urgent cases are still offering faster shipping options with an extra fee. Isn’t it fair?

Wondering how long does it take to receive your solar powered product?

Our delivery process consists of two major parts: Processing the order that includes all necessary steps before the order dispatched and actual Shipping.

Order Processing

Processing that is also known as a Handling usually takes 1-3 business days. This is the time between your payment is received to the time when your order leaves the warehouse. During this time, the order goes through all necessary steps including quality-control checks, careful packaging etc. Trust us, our team do its best to make customers happier by speeding up the processing stage and is aiming to dispatch the purchase in 24 hours of a business day. However, in some cases, it may take a bit longer especially when the order includes more than one product or even few diverse types of inventory that may be provided by different suppliers. So, please, kindly keep patience and let us do the job.    

Note, once we receive the order with confirmed payment, we notify you via email that the purchase is Processing. 

Actual order shipping

The actual shipping is the longest part of the whole process and it generally fits into 7-25 business days period depends on the Delivery Method and the location of a warehouse for a particular product. Some of the Advanced and Superior Shipping Options may not be available for particular products.

Please, kindly note that these estimates are based on operational Statistic Data in normal circumstances and DO NOT Guarantee the Delivery Times. However, it DOES represent the previous Delivery Outcomes, provides a general idea of Shipping Time Frame and can be used as a Delivery Guide. 

The data presented in the Table represents the average outcomes for an entire state and may vary depends on delivery address whether it is Metropolitan, Regional or Country area.
We are not responsible for the failures or delays in a delivery process resulting from any Force Majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and any Customs Issues.

Delivery Time and Delays

Please, kindly note that stated Delivery Times are industry averages and may slightly vary in or against your favour. As far as in a majority of cases our team is on top of the Terms; the delays still may occur especially during holidays, various peak periods, extreme weather conditions and other apocalyptic events including zombie apocalypses, alien invasion etc. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

We wish we can personally deliver all purchases to the doorsteps of our clients, however, in reality, we, have to do it through freight companies and Australian Port Services. Unfortunately, it means we don’t have direct control over the shipping process; however, we are still the party that is Responsible and Completely Liable for bringing the purchase to you. So in any case, we will deal with any issues related to the shopping with us. All you need to do is just bring your concerns to our attention by contacting us directly.   

Even missed order may still turn up

In cases when the order yet has not arrived in set Delivery Timeframe (see the Table above), we step in and assist with tracking the purchase and find out potential issues. If the parcel is lost or there is substantial evidence to believe so, we will offer a choice of resending the Purchase or issuing a Full REFUND.

Note, after receiving a Refund for a missed order there is still a possibility the parcel may arrive. In such case, we sincerely advise to contact us and remind that it is ILLEGAL to keep the possession over the product that has been reimbursed. We will offer you a Special Deal on that item.

 

Full Refunds under Special Circumstances 

Please, kindly note that Full Refunds may not be provided under the following Circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete Delivery Information;

2. Delays in delivery caused by any Force Majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, severe weather, war etc.;

3. Delays in delivery caused by any other events beyond our control, such as Public Holidays and Customs issues etc.

Free Shipping has never been simple for us; however, we made it work for our valuable customers throughout exhausting negotiations with suppliers here in Australia or outside of the country. Moreover, Smart Logistics in combination with well-organised planning and exploiting multiple Supply Chains also bring some benefits. All we need to remember is that no matter where the desired Solar Powered Device is located, there are no charges for our Regular Free Shipping options for patient customers.

Also, there are few more features you may need to know about the Smart Delivery process including Tracking the purchase and what we call Smart Split Strategy factor.  

Order Tracking

The vast majority of our orders are fully trackable, and only in some rare cases, the tracking information may not be fully available. 

Note, once the order is left a warehouse, we also notify you via email that the purchase is In Transit and supply with the Tracking Code. Usually, it is a set of random numbers and letters that allow tracing the delivery progress not necessarily in real time, but at least at significant points, so it gives a general idea of the process. There are multiple services that process delivery-related data around, but we prefer to use this Tracking Service.    

Order tracking Trouble Shooting

Please, kindly note that tracking information may not be available straight after you were supplied with the Magic Code and it may take 3-5 business days for data to be input, processes and displayed by the system. Patience is the king here! 

Also for tracking numbers start with 099 you may need to additionally choose particular carrier – DPD (HK) for the full data. 

Smart Split Strategy or triple «S» factor (SSS)

In some cases to speed up the delivery process, we use what is called Split in order factor. Usually, it happens when the order includes multiple items of the same kind or different solar lighting products that may be supplied from independent warehouses, or even one piece is currently under restocking etc. In all these events instead of just wait and delay the whole shipping process, we dispatch stocks that are ready to go right now first and then we send the rest of the order. We are happy to bring your order even day or few faster with such scheme.    

Note, that it usually does not affect the delivery process overall besides the fact that packages may arrive separately with some short time in between. In such cases, once the Smart Split Strategy in place, we will notify you via email.

 

Tips on improving the Delivery Process

Despite the fact it is not compulsory to Create an Account with Sunny Bunny to make a purchase, we sincerely advise doing so. There are some benefits of having account including faster ordering process, sorted address details, Wish List for future shopping, convenient tracking centre and many others perks with pretty much no downsides. There are no reasons to worry about you Private Data to be compromised or any unauthorised informational materials to be sent without your consent.    

Note, that the final decision whether to open the account or not is in your hands. We also offer Guest Check Out process for those who decide not to register.  

 

Please, make sure you input the correct delivery address

We cannot emphasise the importance of double checking of the delivery address more! A wrong or incomplete address is Number One reason for Delivery Delays and even Missing Orders. So please, spend an extra minute to reassess the destination point and make sure that there is no confusion between delivery address and billing address.

Note that we are not liable for any Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete Delivery Information provided by the customer and therefore do not give a Full REFUND. 

Change the Delivery Address

In the case when it is necessary to make any adjustments or corrections to your address, please, contact our support team: [email protected] as soon as possible after placing the order, and we will be happy to assist with it.

Note that is the parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes or stop the process. Once it shipped, it is heading straight where you wanted it to go.  

 

Provide your Mobile Phone number 

Trust us; we are not scammers or spammers who are going to trade your private number or flood you with spammy SMS. We remarkably Respect and Protect our Clients Privacy and would never do that. However, Mobile Number can be handy in case there are any issues with the address at the final delivery stage. Moreover, as you may notice, Australian Post implemented the service of sending notifications about arriving items, so you will know when it is ready to be delivered.

Note, that the decision is up to you, we just need to make sure you are informed about the benefits of adding the Mobile Phone Number to your address.

Customs Duty

Customs Duty is out of our control, and you are responsible for both finding out information on the Duty and paying if a Duty is required. Any custom or import Duties are charged once the parcel reaches Australia or New Zealand. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We recommend you check before you order to avoid any unexpected costs by contacting your local customs office. 

Force Majeure events
