Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
When you order from SunnyBunny, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. SunnyBunny offers different shipping methods:

Delivery Time and Process
Processing time is 1-3 business days. This is the time between your payment is received to the time when your order leaves the warehouse (ships). During this time, our team collects all the items together, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the order. However, our team is doing its best to make customers happier, so for the most cases, we do finish processing in 1 day.
Shipping time is 2-25 business days. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the customers. The table below shows delivery times for every shipping method and destination.
Delivery Time and Delays
Stated Delivery Times are industry averages. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
Note if a product contains mark «free shipping», then you will do not need to pay for shipping cost. Not every product has free shipping and varies from country to country. We do provide free shipping for almost all the goods exclude complicated cases when a purchase has an large irregular size or require special delivery care. In case you need your purchase quicker there are options to decrease the delivery time for additional fees.
In some cases when you purchase multiple items they can come from different warehouses, or some of the items could be out of stock so in that cases we will split shipping your order and send the first available items first and the rest of the second shipping in 1-2 days after first one. That means you will get the order in the same amount of time but probably with two separate packages. However, that happens not often and in a case like that, our team will notify you by sending an email.
Customs duty is out of our control, and you are responsible for both finding out information on the duty and paying if a duty is required. Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We recommend you check before you order to avoid any unexpected costs by contacting your local customs office.
Trace the Order
You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.
Processing: Usually processing purchases from the warehouse takes 1-3 business days. Once your order is collected by the carrier, you will be notified via email and sent tracking information where applicable.
Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation. There is tracking information in the email for your purchase and the website in which you can trace your order.
Note, that usually orders under $25 using free standard shipping that will not have a tracking code. In this case, you can estimate delivery time based on the delivery chart.

Some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local Depot or Australia Post office and the customer will be contacted to collect from there.
Change Delivery Address
In a case when it is necessary to please contact us as soon as possible, and you realize it is crucial to change the delivery address because once it is shipped, we cannot change the address. Please, contact our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org.
SunnyBunny Standard Deliveries will be made via a national courier network, Australia Post eParcel service, or regular mail. In case you choose free/standard shipping, your parcel may be directly delivered to the local Post Office. We will inform you once it has arrived. Please take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items. If you are also not at home when the parcel is to be delivered, and it is too big for your letterbox than the item may also be brought back to your local Post Office. A notice will usually be left on your door or in your mailbox.
Did not get a Tracking Code
Free Standard shipping offers great low rate shipping however orders under $25 using standard shipping will not have a tracking code. If you use one of other shipping methods or your order is over $25 using standard shipping and have not received a tracking code, check your order status, it may not have been shipped yet. You will be emailed the tracking code when the request is made. Otherwise, contact our support team.
Order is taking a long time to arrive
Do not worry and please check the order status and if it is tracked check the tracked status then calculate the number of business days since it has been sent if it is over the expected delivery time, please contact our support team: email@example.com.

My item was in stock then I placed on order, and it is showing out of stock. What happened?
This happens when the digital stock counter mismatches actual stock level. The website stock level is continually updated, and it can become out of sync with actual levels. On rare occasions stock available does not match actual stock in the warehouse.
